I hope all our readers are doing well and are following the medical advice to stay indoors as much as possible. Whether you have been practicing social distancing for a couple of days, or a few weeks, I’m sure we’re all feeling the same levels of boredom, restlessness and anxiety. While our website, like many others, may not be particularly helpful during this pandemic, we hope to at least provide you with some distraction, however brief it may be.
As you well know, we love bullet journaling. Most of our posts centre around this topic. We figured another post about bullet journals might be in order.
Given how there isn’t much to do in isolation/quarantine, I’m sure most of our bullet journals have a lot of blank spaces in them at the moment. Here are some ideas of what to do with your journal pages apart from the usual daily logs:
GET ORGANIZED
There is no time like the present to get started on some spring cleaning. You can kill a few hours– or days, depending on the size of your house– by doing a thorough cleaning. Here is a master list of all the places in your house to work on:

You can also try your hand at meal planning. This will not only make cooking less stressful, it can also help you make efficient use of your groceries. Panic-buying and hoarding right now is not only selfish, but also wasteful. Planning meals in advance will ensure that you know what supplies you have, as well as just how much will be needed to get you through another week or two.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
Staying indoors as much as possible is the right thing to do. Keeping yourself informed about the virus is good too. But this can also mean that you might neglect your physical and mental health.
If you do not already have a tracker to monitor your fitness, making one now will do you a world of good.

Try not to let the news get you down. There are a lot of things in the world to still feel good about. Remind yourself of the things that make you feel grateful in your day-to-day life.

Making a list of the things that make you happy may not seem like much, but it can help you stay grounded in the present, rather than worry about a future that hasn’t arrived yet.

CATCH UP ON ALL THE FUN STUFF
Look at this time of staying indoors as the opportunity to catch on all the things you’ve wanted to do. Make a list of the books you’ve been meaning to read and get started on them!

Remember all those movies you never had time to watch? There’s no time like the present to start on that list as well. You could even rate the ones you watch.

I don’t need to tell you to watch Netflix as I’m sure that’s how you’re spending most of your time already. But making a list of all the TV shows and their seasons, and then working your way through that list can give you an odd sense of accomplishment.

If you’re tired on sitting down with a movie or book, you can always work on a list like this:

GET CREATIVE
Making and creating things are always helpful in getting yourself out of a funk. There are many ways in which a journal can be used to channel your art. Art journaling is a fun idea even if you don’t have too many materials right now. It gives you the freedom to make do with anything you find which is challenging and fun.
Here are some ideas on the Types of Art Journals you could make.
Use blank pages in your journal to get doodling. Pick a theme, or take up a challenge and get started.
